-All orders will be confirmed 2 hours after being placed by customer and no cancellation will be accepted one day after order is confirmed.
Minimum order and Pricing:
- A minimum order of $100 USD is required for free shipping.
- All orders are subject to final approval and acceptance by Mamas Uncut, LLC.
- All orders remain the property of Mamas Uncut, LLC unless the customer pays for the items in full.
- Inspection upon receipt of all items purchased from Mamas Uncut, LLC, is the sole responsibility of the customer, this inspection must be made within fourteen (14) days of delivery date.
- Mamas Uncut, LLC are not responsible for missing items after fourteen (14) days of delivery date, regardless of error of fault.
- Replacement parts returns are not accepted for any reason.
- All returns must have a return merchandise authorization from an authorized Mamas Uncut, LLC representative.
- Mamas Uncut, LLC will only accept as returns the specific quantities and the products specified in the merchandise authorization email.
- Defective items are exchanged for the same item only.
- No Returns are accepted after 14 days of confirmed delivery date.
- All claims for an incorrect shipment must be received within seven (7) days from the confirmed delivery date.
- Customer should file freight damage claims should be filed directly with carrier.
- If the purchaser refuses to accept shipment for any reason, Mamas Uncut, LLC are entitled to a fifty percent (50%) restocking fee from the total of the purchase.
- Mamas Uncut, LLC will make every effort to ship the merchandise as soon as possible, which is usually within 2-3 business days unless otherwise marked in the item description. If there are any problems, you will be notified via the email you provided in checkout.
- All risk of loss and damage in transit shall be borne by the customer.
- Discover, MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards are accepted.
- Personal checks and temporary checks will not be accepted.
- Mamas Uncut, LLC doesn’t offer any warranty on any product unless it was stated in product description.
14 Day Refund Policy from date of confirmed delivery
Mamas Uncut, LLC offer a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a return or a refund.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
